Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area.

Twelve 31 has been catering events in the Greater Concord NH area and far beyond since 2018.

Twelve 31 Café & Catering opened here on Main Street in September of 2022.  Our Café is a place to grab delicious sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, soups/”chowdah” and salads. You can relax in our chill atmosphere and catch a great view of the State House. Our staff is always ready to welcome you.
