Below are simple steps to “finish” the item you purchased.

Finishing Instructions:

If you purchased a smaller size item in a Microwavable Container Simply…

Remove Lid. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature is 165.


If you purchased a larger size in a foil pan tray, please follow the Oven instructions below: 

Cooking times are approximate. Oven temperatures vary so adjust as needed to meet 165F internal temperature. Always check halfway to gauge your cooking time. All items below can be heated in a 350-375F oven. For best results allow food to sit at room temperature for at least a half hour before cooking. If your tray has parchment paper under the lid please leave on while following your instructions, remove if instructed to uncover.

Lasagna – Bake covered for 40 minutes or until pasta is soft in the middle, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Baked Mac and Cheese – Bake uncovered for 30 minutes

Truffle Mac and Cheese – Bake covered for 30 minutes

Sausage Peppers and Onions – Bake covered for 25 minutes then uncover and bake additional 15/20 minutes.

Pulled Pork – Bake covered 20/30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15/20 minutes. Stir well before serving.

Chicken Marsala – Bake covered for 20/30 minutes.

Meatballs in Marinara – Bake covered for 30/40 minutes.

Rolls- Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Chicken Parmesan – Bake covered for 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Grilled Mixed Vegetables – Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

Roasted Potatoes – Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Fully Cooked Ham (to reheat) Reheat cooked hams packaged in USDA-inspected plants to 140 °F (60 °C) and all others to 165 °F (73.9 °C).
All Poultry (breasts, whole bird, legs, thighs, wings, ground poultry, giblets, and stuffing) 165 °F (73.9 °C)
Eggs 160 °F (71.1 °C)
Fish & Shellfish 145 °F (62.8 °C)
Leftovers 165 °F (73.9 °C)
Casseroles 165 °F (73.9 °C)
